Along with pastoring the
Chapel, Pastor
Tree is the Ski Resort Chaplain and director of Alpine Resort
Ministries in Telluride. Sponsored locally by the Alpine
Chapel, Alpine Resort Ministries is a statewide ministry that
seeks to provide worship opportunities for the resort workers
and the resorts guests.
Presently, Pastor Cooper provides skier
chapel services on the slopes during the ski season.
Mountaintop Services are held Sundays at 12:30pm at the top of
Lift #7.
Pastor Cooper also provides a summer
mountaintop service beginning at 12:30pm. Take the gondola to
the top,

Station San Sophia, exit and follow the signs
toward Telluride Trail.
Mountaintop Services are fun, short
(approx. 25 minutes) inspirational and Biblical. These services
are attended by skiers and hikers alike visiting from all over
the U.S. and the world. Many local residents attend also.
Surrounded by the stunning San
Juans, our
Mountaintop Services are a favorite of many visitors and
parishioners. These services allow us to reach and minister to
a large number of visitors each year – skiers, hikers,
festival goers, and event attendees. Join us on the mountain!
